Mezzaluna, meaning “half-moon” in Italian, is an independent, locally owned and operated restaurant serving modern Italian cuisine in Aspen. Our large Italian marble bar and our beautiful patio are key features of our restaurant, and our wood-burning pizza oven helps create an authentic atmosphere. We serve lunch, après ski and dinner, with daily food and wine specials.
We specialize in classic Italian dishes and wood-fired pizzas, but also offer some uniquely innovative dishes for the more adventurous diner. We use only the best ingredients and make everything from scratch each day, including our sauces, pizza dough, breads and desserts from our in-house bakery.
Our extensive wine selection earned us the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 2012. We offer daily wine specials, and have an ongoing menu of value-priced wine.
