Shiprock Santa Fe
About Shiprock Santa Fe
Shiprock Santa Fe, located on the second floor of the Historic Silver Building, showcases Santa Fe's premier collection of Native American Art. By linking the past of America’s indigenous cultures with the present, fifth generation trade and owner Jed Foutz continues the traditions begun in 1894, by his great great grandfather. Featuring dynamic displays of Navajo textiles from the mid 19th century to present, as well as remarkable jewelry, pottery, basketry, sculpture and fine art works from the past as well as today’s generation of top Navajo, Hopi, Zuni and Pueblo artisans. Shiprock Santa Fe has also become Santa Fe’s unexpected source for vintage modern home furnishings, including pieces by master woodworker George Nakashima and his daughter. Native Artists include: Charles Loloma, Sonwai, Keri Ataumbi, Cody Sanderson, Richard Chavez, Perry Shorty, Cippy Crazy Horse and many more. We are interested in purchasing both individual pieces and entire estates, as well as providing full appraisal services.
