Asian Adobe

Asian Adobe, located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is just one block west of the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, and features the finest from the East, West and beyond.

Fidelia “Fiddle” Kirk opened Asian Adobe in 2003 to bring unique, classic, and sophisticated custom designs to Santa Fe. Through her travels to the Far East as well as the United States, Europe, and South America, Fiddle hand-picks each piece that she presents in her store with a discerning eye for quality and originality.

Asian Adobe is known for its exquisite antique Chinese furniture and collectibles, art, specialty gifts and jewelry, and has an extensive selection of BEATRIZ BALL Handmade Metalware.

They are also the exclusive United States gallery for one of China's finest contemporary artists Guo Ming Fu, who paints classic Chinese scenes using a refreshing, modern and colorful style.

A broad inventory of 100-to-200 year old furnishings, specializing in Ming style furniture is available. Most of the chests, cabinets, tables and chairs you will see in the store were, crafted by local workers during the 1800s. Each has been carefully cleaned and restored to highlight the beauty of the aged finish, and Chinese government authorities have inspected every piece to certify the age and origin of all antique items. The furniture is made with beautiful woods including walnut, cypress and beech wood.

On your next visit to Santa Fe, be sure to stop by Asian Adobe to purchase your own piece of history, or browse the diverse collection of gifts and furnishing accessories. Selections change regularly as pieces are sold and new shipments arrive.
