What is TheCatalogues.com?
The Catalogues.com is a collection of the finest stores from Aspen, Vail/Beaver Creek, Santa Fe, The Hamptons and Sun Valley. The site allows you to shop from all these great destinations in the comfort of your home.
Why these five destinations?
Our company publishes high end shopping guides in these markets and we allow only advertisers in our catalogues to be on TheCatalogues.com.
So am I purchasing from TheCatalogues.com or from the store?
You will be able to complete your purchase on our site, however the individual store will process your credit card and ship the product to you.
What if I want to buy product from several different stores?
That's not a problem. Our system allows us to notify all the stores you have purchased from and they will ship your product to you. You will see a credit card charge from each individual store on your monthly statement.
What if I have a return?
The return policy for each store is found on the Store Contact Page. Please read the return policy before you make a purchase. Then if you need to return something simply follow the procedure as the store has instructed. Your credit card will be credited by the store to which you are returning product.
What if I have a question about a credit card charge?
You should contact the store directly. The store will be processing your credit card for sales and returns. Go to the Store Contact page and you will find their phone and e-mail information.
How is tax charged?
When you buy an item from a store in your state and you have that item shipped to an address in your state then the state tax is applied to that sale. If you buy several items from different states and the item is shipped to an address in your state then you pay tax only on the item(s) that were purchased from the store in your state. Essentially you pay tax on items bought and shipped within the same state.
What about shipping?
The items you purchased will be shipped from each store. Some stores will have a shipping cost that will automatically be calculated into the total price of the sale. For some items shipping will be determined after the sale. The cost of shipping large items such as art or furniture varies greatly depending on the level of service required so we will have the store make those arrangements with you. The charge will then be put on your credit card.
How can I get a copy of one or all of the Catalogues?
Simply click on the green "subscribe" button that is located near the top of every page within the site. You will be given the option to purchase a subscription for one or more catalogues. Please note that you will receive the upcoming edition not the one that is currently in print.
How can my business sell product on your site?
Only businesses that advertise in our print catalogues can sell product on the site. If you would like more information about advertising in our catalogues please e-mail us.
What is your privacy policy?
TheCatalogues.com will not sell or provide our data to any outside enterprise. Vendors will have access to names and addresses of only those clients that purchase from them.
How can I be sure my credit card information is safe?
When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we do so only via encrypted channeles using the latest Secure Socket Layer(ssl)encryption. Additionally, we have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
